Jerusalem Artichoke's (Topinambur) flower tea has quickly become one of the most popular and beloved teas. The way it tastes is rather incredible and nut-like with a delightful golden consistency. Each tea is naturally colorful and delicious because it is hand-picked in wild Nordic meadows and forests, where herbs are more concentrated than cultivated ones. They are dried naturally by the sun and the wind.
